2026 USER ACADEMY

The User Academy is our annual event where School Pathways customers come together to learn, connect, and get hands-on training with the platform. This year's theme, Pathways to the Future, marks an exciting step forward with smarter design, improved workflows, and modern system enhancements that help schools work more efficiently and confidently.
Starting this year, we’re moving to one User Academy per year to create a more impactful experience for our school. Be sure to attend and take full advantage of the sessions, updates, and community connections!

The Fall User Academy will be held at the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova. A block of rooms have been reserved at the conference hotel and the room rate for Academy attendees is $189/night. The cutoff date is September 25, 2026.

When and where is the 2026 User Academy?
The User Academy takes place Monday - Wednesday, October 26-28, 2026, at the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova in Rancho Cordova, California.
Who is the User Academy for?
The Academy is designed for schools, districts, and county offices that use School Pathways. Sessions are helpful across many roles, including:
• Administrators
• Registrars and operations staff
• Teachers
• Data and reporting staff
Whether you’re new to the system or a long-time user, you’ll find sessions that help you work more efficiently and get more value from the platform.
What's included in my registration?
Your registration includes two full days of programming, access to curated training sessions led by the School Pathways team, and opportunities to network with other users. Attendees also receive complimentary lunch, snacks, and drinks during the event, along with access to a discounted hotel rate at the host venue.
Can I register multiple people from my school(s)?
Yes! Many schools send multiple team members so each person can attend sessions relevant to their role. If you need help registering additional attendees, please contact Javier Rivera at javier@schoolpathways.com directly.
Is there a hotel group rate available?
We’ve secured a discounted group rate at the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova, the event venue. You can book your room using the group rate here at $189/night. Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early!
What are the deadlines for registering and reserving hotel rooms?
We recommend registering for the Academy and booking your hotel as early as possible to secure your spot.
The discounted hotel block is available while rooms last or until the hotel cutoff date, September 25, 2026. Once the block is full or the deadline passes, the group rate may no longer be available.
Are meals included in my registration?
Yes. Lunch, snacks, and beverages are included during the event so you can stay energized throughout the sessions.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please contact Heather Herrera at heather@schoolpathways.com directly ahead of time. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What's the transfer or cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to LeAnn Steffanic at leann@schoolpathways.com or by calling 866-200-6936 ext. 1002. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after July 31, 2026. After this date, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or forfeit the registration fee.
